    Through a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment, your individual requirements will be evaluated, and suitable recommendations for adaptations will be provided.

  • 1 - 2 hours.

Réadaptation Mobile: Pre- and Post-Surgery Home Adaptation

Pre- and Post-Surgery Home Adaptation

  • If you are facing challenges in performing your daily activities or encounter obstacles that hinder your access to essential areas within your home, the Home Adaptation Program is designed specifically to assist you.

    Through a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment, your individual requirements will be evaluated, and suitable recommendations for adaptations will be provided.

  • 1 - 2 hours.

Réadaptation Mobile: Paratransit (Transport Adapté) Application

Transport Adapté Application

  • If you face mobility limitations that prevent you from using public transportation, Paratransit is a door-to-door service designed to cater to individuals living with substantial and persistent mobility challenges.

    To determine your eligibility and facilitate the application process, an occupational therapy assessment will be conducted. In some cases, other qualified professionals may also conduct the assessment based on the nature of your disabilities.

Réadaptation Mobile: Disabled Parking Permit Application

If this situation applies to you, the disabled parking sticker might offer a viable solution, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria set by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec.

    Our occupational therapist has the capability to evaluate your situation and ascertain your eligibility for the parking sticker.

  • These plans may include therapeutic exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, balance, and endurance, pain management, energy conservation strategies, as well as interventions and strategies to enhance cognitive functions.

  • 1 - 2 hours.

Réadaptation Mobile: Caregiver Training and Education

Caregiver Training & Education

  • We provide guidance and support to caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to assist clients in their daily activities.

  • 1 - 2 hours.

Following the initial home visit, once the cognitive and/or functional assessment has been concluded, the occupational therapist will compile a written report outlining their recommendations.

In the event that there are suggestions concerning adjustments to your home surroundings or the procurement of specialized equipment, we will connect you with our dependable supplier. They will offer additional support, encompassing the procurement and installation of necessary items.

It's important to note that if you are not the homeowner or primary resident of the living space, we kindly advise you to seek approval from the owner before making any modifications.
