Hello, I'm Jenna Orchard, an Occupational Therapist based out of Montreal, Quebec. I hold a Masters in Occupational Therapy from McGill University and previously completed my Bachelors in Physical Education at the University of Alberta. Over the past five years, I've gained valuable experience working with clients of all ages in various hospitals in Quebec and Alberta, and at the community level providing services to clients in their own homes.

My journey in occupational therapy has been truly fulfilling as I get to assist people in setting individual goals and working together to achieve what matters most to them. Whether it's returning to work, walking their dog, engaging in favorite hobbies, or taking care of basic needs,  I relish the diversity of challenges and the unique goals my clients bring to each session.

My approach to therapy revolves around considering the whole person - their physical health, cognitive abilities, emotional well-being, and environmental context. By incorporating evidence-based practices, creative thinking, and problem-solving, I aim to tailor interventions to fit each client's specific needs.

Beyond my professional life, I find joy in staying active through cycling and exploring the outdoors. I also love spending quality time with family and friends, and enjoying Montreal's vibrant food and coffee scene.

For me, providing Occupational Therapy services in clients' homes is truly special. It allows me to connect on a deeper level, understanding their personal environments and tailoring interventions accordingly, and there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the progress, and engagement in meaningful activities my clients achieve.
